Bayview Terrace is a public housing facility with both flexible and flat rent options that fit most every senior's budget. It is a secure building with key fob entry and a communications panel for resident contact.
Bayview Terrace Apartment Amenities
- Each apartment is not furnished, however they all come with a stove and refrigerator
- Community room
- Seating room, which has an assortment of books and a TV
- Laundry facility which is located on the second floor
- The rent is based on 30% of income or we have a flat rent which is a maximum rent a resident would pay
- Included in the rent are gas, electric, water, and garbage
- Meals on Wheels are delivered daily for a noon meal
